Hey guys,made a date with this woman,to go to the movies.Been planned all week,she called wednesday to see if we,re still going and what we,ll see.She calls today(saturday)to tell me to take a rain check,something came up at home,and that she,ll phone me later.Should I hold her to that check until she tells me what happened,or should I next her.

Is this your first date? Why are you taking her to the movies? Take her somewhere where you can learn about her / have fun with her, not make her into your movie buddy. Call her 2 weeks later and present her with a different itinerary. She's dated enough guys that "took her to the movies" since she was in high school.
