"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ok. This is starting to piss me off. My girlfriend is starting to make this a habit. She calls my cell and then hangs up after one ring to my phone. It's pointless. She knows its too fast for me to pick up. What the f. I think i'm giving her positive reinforcement when I call her back.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Put your foot down. You're a man and you're pissed off. What do men do that are pissed off at a woman acting immature and manipulative to solve the problem? Call them back and be accomodating? NO

Personally this would ROALLY piss me off. It would only happen early on, and once, because if she did I'd say something like (in a perfectly calm voice)

"You seem to have a lot of free time on your hands, if you're going to entertain yourself by being immature and trying to iritate me, you're going to have a lot more. (pause) You're better than that."

*click*

If she's actually into you she'll be calling back later saying sorry. Now, if my advice doesn't seem to fit your sitation don't use it word for word, but at the very least put a stop to it liek spidey said.

Possibly, but all the more reason to put a stop to it.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
