Not so much parents houses (I'm dating women a little older than that), but when I do date an apartment dweller, they definitely come on much stronger.
And yes, you have to be careful, for their IL towards you is influenced by your home.
I won't even boink those ones as they go quite nutty if you don't like them and have to end it. I "user" is a calculating angry bird and they never take rejection very well.

Seriously, though. I do own my own house in one of the better neighborhoods in my city. I've been seeing women that are older and settled so none of them are still with their parents.
However, once they do see my house they're interest in me is confirmed by knowing that I'm not some bum who can't take care of himself.

Most people don't know this, but in a strictly legal sense, wherever you slept last night is your legal residence. Letting a girl 'crash in your spare room for a few days' is all it takes for her to legally live there, which means that to make her leave, you must go through the formal legal process of eviction, having her served with court papers and setting a court date.
People tend to think that if there's no written lease, then you can just throw the girl out. The court will do that for you, but you have to pay your money and wait your time.

most definatly. almost nigght and day. when i had my apartment in little rock, my GF eventually moved in, and i mean it was really nice, people liked to come over and hang out but it wasn't like it was when i bought my house in del mar when i was single. any girl i saw for an extended amount of time would try the "creep in move", i.e moving 1 toothbrush, maxi pad at a time. millie did not come out and ask to move in, but she defiantly made it known she would not mind living with me.

I find that most girls are just really surprised when they find out that I have a house. Its usually a "wait...you own this house?" But I don't tell females anything about my house until after I sleep with them at it. I haven't noticed an increase in interest level, but I have noticed that whichever chic I was fvcking started moving little things in and moving things around.
My theory is that women do that type of stuff in mens houses to try to claim their territory so that other women can see it. I remember one girl "accidentally" left her $5k diamond earrings on my nightstand...

Actually, I'm more or less referring to the 34 year old. She lived with her parents because she apparently has so much debt that she can't afford to live on her own. She also said she 'can't live alone'.zekko said:

yes i went through that with guys when i bought my own house. so.... i became very careful on who i told where i lived.
