You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
Whats your diet look like? How many meals and how much protein are you getting from real food per day?HandyAndy said:Im talking protein twice a day now, right after I workout and what other time would be most effective?
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Well i spend most of my day at school, I eat once at nutrition and once at lunch, i get a pretty good amount of protein at those times, i workout afterschool and then take my protein shake.JohnnyIrish said:Whats your diet look like? You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
What's the matter?HandyAndy said:Im having some trouble with the workout posted in the "Where to start" post
I'm a teen too and yeah it's definitely tough to eat 6+ meals a day. Preparing is the only way to go... Once you get a strategy and formula down that works, it makes the job a whole lot easier and the only real challenge after that is discipline and motivation, which you have to find yourself.HandyAndy said:Im a teen, i find it hard to eat 5-6 meals a day, and its harder to actually prepare them, as for the omega 3s, my dad takes fish oil, would it be safe to just pop one of his gel pills? If not, what should I do about it?
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Look up some lifting videos on Youtube and try to replicate. Start with just the bar for deadlifts and squats, and get a trainer in the gym to check your form. It's better than nothing. Ask a guy who puts up big weights to give you some pointers on form, thats what I did.HandyAndy said:Well ive never done the deadlift before, i dont know how much i can do, i have horrible squat form, i have upperbody strength and a little lowerbody strength, i can legpress around 340 but my squat is only around 125 which is pathetic.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
