Add cooked oatmeal to your protein shake/smoothie. That's what I do. 1 cup of frozen fruit, 1 cup of egg whites, 1cup of cooked oatmeal, 1 tbsp of sweetener or sugar(if bulking), 1tbsp of honey(if bulking), 1 scoop of whey.
I tried your protein shake today. I just had a big lunch, a couple apples, and then your shake before bed. Pretty damn tasty.

I suppose I could do the regular protein shakes too. They are very convenient, and of course high protein low calorie.

Only in at least almond milk though. I will never drink protein powder in water ever again :lol:

Glad you liked it. I don't add any extra liquid except the cup of egg whites. Sometimes I'll add a yogurt to it. I have one pre work out, and one post workout. Intra workout, I'll add a cup of egg whites, to three cups of water, a quarter cup of peanut butter powder and 2 tbsp of sugar(to replenish glycogen).
