“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Proper Lifting Technique

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

yes, it's called lifting with proper form and includes (but isn't limited to): choosing a weight your body can handle and not what your ego thinks it can, squatting as low as possible (for most people's bodies this will be way below parallel), no bouncing off the floor for deadlifts (the bar comes to a complete stop each rep, essentially you're pulling singles), no bouncing the bar off the chest with benching, no cheat curls, no partial range dips, no standing completely upright when rowing, military presses to ear level at least..

All of WBA's tips are important, but they're at least as important for staying injury-free as they are for maximizing growth. Maximum growth comes primarily from proper diet & rest (I'm stealing his thunder here, make sure you check out WBA's Idiot's Guide to Growth for more details). Also, most non-professional lifters try to do too many reps and worksets, yet fail to warm up adequately.

Proper technique also helps with growth by hitting the muscles you intend, instead of distributing the weight all over your body, as is the case when people to barbell curls and basically rock into it.
