Oxide, what in tha hell did you do to that stick figure :eek: .

I do not understand drawing :(!... Is it pretty much when you lie flat on bench arch your back, meaning push your stomach up to form an arch in your back, arms should be looking like a fork going straight up, then you lift weight up bring it down to your chest and push it up?

oh yeah guys big question! does it matter if you arch your back? I can get more weight up when I do but normally I just lie with my back straight, I know I'm lifting less than I would but I'm still hitting the muscle the same, right?

Do DB bench for chest. No way to go wrong there :D
I bench with an arch and touch on upper abs/lower pecs.
