"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I actually kinda like this idea. Sell Puerto Rico, buy Greenland form Denmark and offer a Iceland and Norway a chance to join the American community.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

How awesome would it be if Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden were offered statehood and joined the American community.

Name 10 outstanding things that America has to offer?

Nah...I'll offer a 50% discount, how abt 5 outstanding reasons?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I do not think he has the power to do this. This has to be authorized by Congress.

Coronavirus, racism, civic unrest, lawlessness, massive debt.
I'm pretty sure I could do 10, but I'll stop there.

We'll, the fella who thinks people wants to come to America has not offered a single thingy yet...

Only the desperate wants to enter the US.

Some of you guys really need to get out of America and visit other countries.

You're linking to a CNN article? shame on you for giving those filthy liars any clicks.

I think the PuertoRicans should be deciding their own destiny and not be dictated to in such a fashion. I also doubt the icelanders and norwegians would be interested in joining the US and giving up their sovereignty in the process.

Let Puerto Rico do what it wants to do.

Considering our failed state at the moment, maybe they get while the getting is good.

Also I can't imagine Greenland wants any part of this mess.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Puerto Rico will be the 52nd state, after DC.
Washington, DC is ur country's capital, very much doubt it will be a state, rightfully, it belongs to the federal govt and should be govern directly by the federal govt via a dedicated ministry, as in most countries.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

The District’s 800,000 tax-paying residents are being denied the right of self-governance that all other Americans enjoy.

Didn't they get to vote for their mayor?

I'm confident that they have the ability to enact bylaws that's pertinent to their city and wellbeing.

BTW all central governments, in the entire world needs land to operate from, they can't simply operate on land that's govern by a separate govt, it will create tremendous problems for a country to function.
