Hi

I am interested in DJ posture.. OK I know .. (like in BB) arms back, head up etc.. but is there any more essential tricks to do when walking, moving etc ?

Haha, you should have known big words would confuse tj.

Hold on... stoke is one syllable. Well, there goes any hope for you.

Do some deadlifts and possibly some goodmornings. Having a strong back greatly helps your posture.

arch your back, put your shoulders back to form a straight line
walk slower
take up as much room as you can; stand with your legs shoulder width apart, sit with your legs spread like you've got a 12" c0ck (if you haven't already got one )

Okey since I'm adept at this particular area I will give you some help. A year ago my body language was **** and now it's awesome. Here's my basic guide to getting better body language.


Breath!

Breathing is the cornerstone of good body language. What most people do wrong is to inhale to shallow all the time, if you take deep breaths all the time it stimulate an area of calmness around you. Think about it. When you are sleeping you are inhaling slowly and deeply. When you are chased by madmen with automatic rifles you breath fast and shallow because you are paniced. Now what state do you want other people to experience with you. Panic or being calm around you. (not sleeping)

Placing the feet

Ok, most people have no clue on how they should place their feet. If you are walking you will get in imbalance if you walk with the feet slightly inwards or straight ahead. If you point them a little to the side it will make your leg look wider when you are walking without making you look ridicilous. Since my leg have hit 60 cm after all the squatting I don't do this anymore.

The arms

Okey, there are some people who believe they should swing alot witht hem or keeping them to the side. The truth is that to get more respect you have to lift them a little to the sides as if to show your lats. Keep an 45° angle to the side between your arms and your chest. This will indicate power which women likes

The eyes. Keep them more open than you are doing now, it will signal intelligence and manliness

Mouth

It should be a little open all the time, it signals openness and you are open to meet other people.

Leaning!

This is an important one I learnt a few months back. Most people are pretty borng when they walk. Instead of doing that sad and pathetic walk you can lean backwards and keep your chin down. It will give your eyes a very powertful look which will intimidate and give good results with women. (women love eyes!)

Remember to lean backwards, keep your arms out, breath deep, walk with your feet out, open your eyes wide and keep your mouth open and you will be the center of attention.

Training.

This will give you good posture. Acutally this was the only real tip. But feel free to try the other ones out. =)
