I can't afford any weight equipment or gym membership. I go to high school and don't have a car. My school has a weight room but it is reserved for weights class and football. (I was stupid and didn't think about joining weights when I signed up for classes.)
Now I want to gain muscle because I am really skinny. I have been doing pushups (I can do 26-2 max) and pulls ups. I can do about 11 regular pullups and only 3 palm out pull ups. I don't really see any gain in mass though.
Everyone tells me heavy weight + low repitions = muscle mass. But I have no way of getting "heavy weight" due to my lack of access to muscle building machines.
So is there anything that I can do? Or am I ****ed? Can I do just body weight exercises? Please help!
