"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

You'll get more replies if you list it in pounds and feet.

Also, what does being Asian have to do with it?

Asians are in general, quite a skinny race, very slight builds.

I guess if he meets the standards of Asians (whatever that may be), it's ok then? I say forget the standards, go for what you want to look like. But I still don't get it though. If you are skinny, you will look skinny. Doesn't matter what race you are.

No, that isn't skinny, per say.
Asians in general are of a slighter build.
60kg = 132lbs
170cm = 5"8 and a bit.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Thats skinny for anybody, however I don't see where this "rating" comes into play. I'm 5'9 - 150 and I consider myself very skinny...

On paper it certainly sounds "thin." However, it's hard to say really without a visual. I'm 18 lbs heavier and 2 inches shorter than you and I consider myself "thin" - it's all in the mind's eye.

If at 5'8 your measurements are less than

Bicep Flexed - 13"
Thighs 22"
Calves 15"
Waist 30"
Chest 38"

If you're less than that, then you're quite thin. I'm around those #s in pretty much everything, whether its a tad over or under. I feel as if I'm skinny as f*ck.

I'm 5'10, 154 pounds and I'm not skinny in the slightest.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Are you incredibly buff?

Are you fat?

If not, you're skinny.

You may not be anorexically skinny, but you're skinny.
