you ovbiously haven't met my dad.
nah.. I'm pretty athletic.. but that pic you see is a year of hard work. I was 230 and 33% body fat at one point.

Ok that's cool. Its mostly just an observation without necessarily any meaning. My wifey is 130, 5'8" so I like em on the slim side, but for me I prefer them taller.
