I've heard about the benfits of integrating peanut butter into your diet. My question for you guys is this? When do you eat it and what exactly are the benefits of peanut butter? Thanks guys.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I'll spread some (lightly) on my whole weat waffles in the morning time. If I grave something sweet, i may have a spoon full in the evenings.

As for when to eat it, I've always had 2 Tbsp at night before going to bed. I've found that putting it on a stalk of celery along with a smattering of raisins makes it very, very easy to eat.

Natty pb is a great source for unsaturated fats which your body needs to make hormones. You can eat it any time of the day except right before a workout because pb takes long to digest because of the fats in it.

If you're really serious about bodybuilding eat the following combo every night before bed, cottage cheese or low fat cheese curd with peanutbutter. As you know you grow when you rest, that is when you're asleep. The pb and cottage cheese will keep your muscles fed throughout the night. It's all about keeping your body in an anabolic state...
