i fuked up today soo bad. i used to like this chick (and i guess i still kinda do). We were talking in the library and the conversation goes:
(after about 2mins of chattin)

Me: So why are you goin out with Chris?
her: What?
Me: YOur a beautiful girl you can do so much better than him
her: Wha... where did this come from?
Me: Why dont you go out with some1 like me or my friend?
her: i used to like your friend
so the conversation goes on but we loose track of her bf and talk about other stuff.
So what should i have done , or do to improve the situation.

That DOES sound pretty bad.

You shouldn't have been TOO MUCH straight to the point. It sounds like... like... a robat, maybe?

She says one thing.. then in less than half a second you reply knowing what she will say, saying what you PLANNED out to say.

I'm finally realizing (without testing) that plans won't work out... it will make your speech sound horrible... is THAT what you did? Did you plan out what you were going to say before you talked about why you and your friend are better than her boyfriend?

1. Avoiding using the word why, and replace it with what.

2. You are insulting the guy she is dating, hope she doesn't tell him.

3. You're logic doesn't make sense, so what if shes a beautiful girl and dating him?

4. Called her a beautiful girl.

5. You came on way too fast.

6. Why would you suggest for the girl to go out with your friend?
