Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

There's a difference between having full awareness of the situation and b.itching. That's an oversimplification that gets way overused.

Most of the people who complain about these threads discussing the meta-issues surrounding gender relations are just anti-intellectual. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but at the same time I don't see the need to act superior and interfere with serious discussions that are going on.
