I really can't have my parents be suspicious.

Why not just go to the grocery store or local pharmacy?

If you buy online, you can tell the person selling them to package "discreetly." Make sure you use that word. Most sites and sellers have a place where you can include a note about your shipment, so mention it there.

And don't use your parents credit card, that's just stupid - get a job.

Nah, not here. Here you can find condoms anywhere, gas stations, walgreens, walmart, you name it. They are either in the isle, if store has those, or behind a counter if it's gas station.

Holysh*t where do you live? That's never happened. Most people buy it at CVS, some buy it at gas stations cuz they're shy (less people). Why would u buy it online? That's like buying online porn... why not just buy PORN at a STORE? Fast and easy.
