I have never personally had a conversation with her, but have seen her in the local watering hole a few times recently. I don't think I'm overthinking the situation at all, and was curious about solid openers or just leave it alone til I see her in person. I have not had any experience with trying to pick up dates on social media. All game has been strictly in person.

In that case I would a) keep talking to other girls and b) open this girl up on FB if you must, but hastily get it into the real world. Don't engage in long FB conversations. For Example:
