“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

For the past couple of weeks I have noticed one side of my glutes is sore the kind you get after a workout or muscle soreness but my question is why only that one side? As the other I don't have this. Could this be a sign of an imbalance? This came on after a increase in Squat weight and Deadlifts.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

LOL! Don't think that will help but thanks anyway.

Don't laugh, I've seen guys who have had to have their backs realigned because lumbar was skewed from sitting on a wallet often. Yours could be pronounced since you work out too. Just try it for the sake of it being an easy fix if it turns out to be the problem (and if it hasn't gotten too bad).

Damn, I'd see a doctor then. Don't want to chance getting a ass cramp while having sex.

You're probably stronger on one side.

* focus when you lift: use both glutes
* do some unilateral work

Everybody has inbalances, some work on it.

OK thanks stronglifts that is what I was thinking.

I know since I don't have a squat rack I have to clean and press the weight to my back before I do my squats so I am getting some serious work with two compound exercises when I do my 4 sets of Squats. So actually I am doing 4 sets of one reps of Clean & Press along with my 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps of Squats.

That's an advantage. Before the advent of squat racks, everybody had to take the bar from the floor in their neck. And they did 200kg squats like that.

You'll be stronger by doing them like that.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If that pain reaches your lower back then you have a problem called Sciatica (aka Piriformis Syndrome). Check on wikipedia to find out. I had this when I jogged too much.

Thanks Solarium, the past few days the soreness... not really pain... has actually left that side of my glutes. It was a muscle soreness type of pain and no problems lately with my lower back it has never felt better.

Btw LoneSilver, you should pay attention to this. If you have one sore glute & the other not, there could be an inbalance problem.

Bad posture could be the cause. Try some Glute Activation work.

Thanks Stronglifts, I'll do that and appreciate it and it just might be. I'll know if it pops back up in a few workouts.
