I'm most impressed that I actually did 5 push ups on the first set. That's my max so far. As you can see I fell short on the other sets. But it is way better than last week. I am making progress and I will repeat week 1 again next week. I know I will be able to complete week 1 next week. I'm gonna tear this sh1t up.

I did the exhaustion test and only did a measly 40. Anyways, im going on vacation now and wont be back here for 3 weeks, but Ill keep on doing the program and post my results when I get back.

I did this about 3 hours after getting home from lifting boxes for 5 hours, so I don't know if I could have actually done more on the last one. I'll try it Friday when I wake up.

Heh, I've been running this on another forum. Didn't know that you guys do it here too.

I could do 50 continuous push-ups before this, but I want that nice number 100.

I'm at week 3, day 2 now, following the 3rd column: 27-19-19-15-45.

Did it at work this afternoon and the heater was buggered today (it's freezing down here) so that felt good!

Something came up Thursday and took over my whole weekend, so I wasn't able to do Day 3 of Week 2. Instead of skipping, I'm going to do Week 2 this week.

I'm in! I have been going to the gym for a while now, so I can do around 20 consecutive pushups - would love to do 100! So I'm committing to this! Gonna start tomorrow!

I haven't quit either. I just figured it seemed pathetic that I keep repeating week 1 and I didn't want to put too much pressure on myself. So what I have been doing is continuing the workouts but posting the updates on my blog. I suppose I can copy and paste the updates here once I feel as though I am ready to move on from week 1 which should be after next week (after 5 weeks!).

Anyone else noticing improvements in your body? So far, my arms have gotten a bit bigger, my chest is more defined and square, my back is a bit wider, my shoulders are more round, and my abs are more defined.

My arms seem to have gotten huge. They have to be to push 275 off the floor repeatedly! I feel now that I'm finally getting my 'base strength' established, I will have more success in the following weeks.

Actually yes! But I somehow doubt that 6 lonely pushup sessions would trigger massive gains.
