On Speaking W-O-M-A-N-E-S-E and foreigners

We know that women don't tell us directly what they're thinking and use that language known as W-O-M-A-N-E-S-E. If you've read that in the Book of Pook it's quite a laugh and very useful. But what about women who don't speak English as their first language? They still would use it but their lack of language skills could get in the way. Like using W-O-M-A-N-E-S-E on them. Can a woman who speaks Spanish, Chinese or German for example get the subtle hints of W-O-M-A-N-E-S-E in English? I say they can but it's more of a challenge to drop the hints to them eg "I'm not looking for a girlfriend now." Some might take it literally and walk away.

I'd imagine that the way women behave when they are playing games with men is ubiqitous in all females, and trancends language and culture. It's more of an evolutionary built-in thing, as opposed to a regional or cultural difference. Although it may be harder to communicate with foreign women on a purely conversational level, I would still imagine it to be rather easy to deduce characteristics such as body language and emotion.

Anyhow, the average foreign woman is even MORE indirect than the native English speaker. You will get more w-oman-ese.

They just don't have the fluency/comfort to say things bluntly. East Asians can be dam hard to read.
