Just been thinking about something my last gf said and wondered how you guys would have responded.

Was texting with her late one night and she was saying how she was getting all horny telling me how she could';t wait for me to come over the next day and I said 'Why don't you get your toy out and have a play, of course it won't be as good as having me there ' she replies with 'lol yea right' :/
Really p1ssed me off tbh and I responded in a bit of an ACFish way by saying 'ouch now that hurts' then she said something like she was only joking...I mean wtf should you expect such a neg off your gf or am I right in thinking that was below the belt even though I know she was joking.

Anyway, how would you guys have responded to that?

But if I had not responded and cancelled straight after she said it surely that would have shown that it affected me. I tried to play it off jokingly so as to not seem too bothered by it as I didn't want to let her see that she'd got to me.

Yes 100% sure. I know her very well. She loved playing little games and being cheeky with me all the time. Lots of sh1t tests especially in the last few months of the relationship which is when this happened.

Yea I guess you're right but at the time she was my first ever gf and first girl I'd slept with so it hit me pretty hard even though I knew it was a joke.
