Recently I've hit a road block in my physical development. I've lost about 25 pounds but I just can't get defined abs. I was told by an associate at work that if I want to start to get the toned abs that most women are attracted to, I need to work my obliques.
I've just been doing 3 sets of crunches at 50 reps a pop. And then 25 leg lifts for three sets as well.
I try to keep my diet reasonable as well, as I only take in 1500 calories a day. I spread out my meals into 5 meals a day at 300 calories...to speed up my metablolism.
Any help or advice for a man looking to reach the next level?
