Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

i'm skeptical...you're adding an additional cooking step (re-warming) plus freezing for however long... sounds like a recipe for breaking down the extra nutrional value, extra fiber, and superior taste, which is the whole reason to bother with steel cut. of course, you could just try it, and see what happens. i'm pretty sure that they would keep pretty much indefinitely (at least 6 months, preceeding statements about lost nutritional value notwithstanding)

dont they just sink to the bottom? they do for me

Make sure you have enough water and you'll have to shake the bottle up and swirl them around to keep them from sinking. This is the eaiest way i've found for eating a lot of oats.

oh sure, i just don't see the huge advantage over otherwise far inferior sorts of oatmeal. you're basically making your own instant oatmeal, with all the attendant loss of fiber, taste, etc. but best to try for yourself and compare.

I've found that I like adding oats to just about everything. From scrambled eggs, to tuna salad, to peanut butter sandwiches.

When I made my instant oatmeal this morning, it was the regular kind, and I thought to myself--
