However, I used to be able to go multiple rounds a night with a woman. Now, it's I go one and I am done for the night and maybe not even ready to go early the next morning. Yes, I can take Cialis/Viagara, but is there anything else I can do naturally?

I'm 5'10, 170 pounds with an athletic build, so I don't think physical health (in that area) is an issue.

I'm 5'10", currently around 195 pounds and age 58 - and have no problem going 'multiple rounds' these days... Also, I no longer require any 'down-time' between rounds.... When I'm 'up', I stay up until up until I either go to sleep, or stop to do something else.

I'd expanded through my 40s, and was much heavier (285+ pounds), and badly out of shape until about 8 yrs ago, then a health scare woke me up and prompted me to lose weight etc....
I was in a long-dead marriage and had 'given up', then a blood pressure scare caused me to rethink life in general - I got out of the marriage and made a concerted effort to get healthy again.
I used to be competitive cyclist in my youth, and have been told that it has stood me in good stead regarding heart health/cardio.

The main lifestyle differences between me in my 40s - and my current self....
I avoid all processed/refined sugars now.
Which has led to me being 90 pounds lighter.
Snack only on fruit - Never eat biscuits/pastries/candy....
I juice watermelons, and drink a glass every morning (I add some lemon or lime juice because I find watermelon alone to be rather bland)
Vit C with zinc - and Omega 3
Also back on the bike for exercise - My fit weight when I was cycling in my youth was around 180-185... so at age 58 I'm quite happy to be at 195-ish.

I also think my blood-pressure medication has some bearing - 'Amlodipine' is a calcium channel blocker which causes blood vessels to open and allow better blood flow.
No way would I take 'V' or 'C' pills... the Amlodipine seems to me to be doing a similar job (though not as dramatic) - When I get going, I'm rampant enough without resorting to those pills - My d**k might actually explode LOL :rofl:

Probably no processed foods. I'd recommend no porn and no masturbation but that primarily affects erections more so than refractory periods.

Yeah, that is why I'm afraid to go "no nut november"... Every time I go without doing it for several days, I can't think straight. I get easily manipulated by women and I want to flirt with all the girls even those that are not very attractive. But yeah, I noticed I can get it up more etc. if I haven't had sex for a while.

I have had this happen to me. It was worst when I first detox'ed from porn and masturbation. At a certain amount of time, if I haven't gotten laid, I can't concentrate on other things in my life.

Make me more of a "hunter"... but dude... I really, really hate drama. I'm in my mid 40s and still can perform exceptionally well. Long sessions of more than an hour, sometimes without even cumming myself, just until I am too tired to keep going and need a rest for a few minutes, even tho I never fully go soft.

Calcium buildup is a thing...most people only think of it with atherosclerosis in your arteries in your heart causing heart attacks, but before that ever happens you will start having things like ED or hair loss since the capillaries in those places will get blocked by calcium buildup and cut off the blood supply.

Not being able to get hard again after round one is basically the precursor to ED in my mind.

Vitamin K2, Magnesium Oil and D3 are all things every man should be taking to deal with the calcium problem that's been artificially created by the Medical profession in a now known failed attempt to help prevent osteoporosis. Except they never removed all the added calcium they added to products once they realized this actually did nothing to help with it and actually caused far more issues that didn't exist previously.

Not saying this is an issue for you, but it's where I would start from an overall place as you approach 40. You've likely been putting 6-8x the amount of calcium into your body that's needed year after year and unless you have Ben taking the proper things to help deal with it it's getting dumped into soft tissue and blood vessels far too often.

For me, my ability to go multiple rounds with a woman has always been partially based on my desire to do so. For the women I find very attractive, I usually go multiple rounds with them. For the women I find moderately attractive, I'm usually one-and-done with them. I am not sure if you've considered that the woman you're with may influence your ability/desire to go multiple rounds.

Also, you should get your testosterone levels checked. If they are low, that could be part of the problem, and there are natural methods to boost testosterone.

Do you know if it’s a mental or physical issue? If it’s physical I would get your blood work checked and see what your hormone levels are. If they are normal seriously try some tongkat Ali.... for what ever reason when I take this I actually worry I might have a sex addiction. I stop for a few days and I’m back to normal levels of wanting sex.... as always supplements work differently for different people so it might not do the same for you. The brand I use is ironically double wood on Amazon

Most of the time "getting old" happens a lot faster when you are not in great shape. If that's the case then I would start there. I'm in my mid 40s and still bring the thunder.

Weighted vest hill climbs should be the number 1 tool in the arsenal for building endurance. There is nothing I have ever done that remotely translates like it to the bedroom in terms of exercise

I could only do this when I took some cialis or kamagra, otherwise my old boy would go down after nut and I’d need 5 mins.

I think it’s no porn and wanking that’s the answer along with working out. I can literally nut inside my girl and keep banging and nut again. Without pills too.
