“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have enormous pain in my trapezoids, so much that it causes frequent migraine attacks.

I've been going to many doctors, chiropractors,... and the only solution besides some ergonomic adjustments is to stop going to the gym which does work as when I don't go for 1-2 weeks, it's much much less.

This is a huge blow. As you can read from my history threads, I lack social skills and confidence. Going to the gym and get buff always felt as my 'golden ticket'. But for the sake of my health and my job (frequent migraine attacks is a big no-no), I have to quit going to the gym.

Going running and cardio is no problem as it puts no strain on it, but I'll never look as I wanted to look which, again, is another hit to my confidence.

Sigh

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Why? I've had numerous injuries to various body types, you simply train around them. Work legs, work abs, work obliques.

Nice sight, great legs and abs, but no upper body... Look sorry, but I just can't work around this, if I keep training it will only get worse, even with other exercises that would train those areas.

Take a break from lifting and do yoga for a few weeks. It will help you gain some alignment, flexibility and balance. In addition it help you get centered and does reduce stress. It helped me more than you can imagine recovering for injuries received in a roadside bomb attack. I had recurring migraines and head-aches for years after than until I started taking yoga classes a year ago, and it's been great. Not only are the headaches gone, but those classes are 90% women, which is a nice serendipitous side-benefit.

I just find that to be an excuse. There would be no logical explanation as to why your traps would hurt if you did a leg press or leg extension or hamstring curl, etc. something is better than nothing, but do as you wish.

You could also look into Pilates and yoga, as well as foundation training which are all non weighted workouts.

It is indeed better, I agree with that. But it's like people skipping leg day, you see that and it looks ridiculous, in my case it would be the other way around...

Go to any vitamin shop and purchase ginger root pills and feverfew pills. Take 1500mg of each daily. After 30 days of doing this, go back to working out. Let me know how it works for you.

People rarely notice legs, even when muscular. I have some of the most jacked legs you'll ever see but unless I'm wearing shorts and they see my calves nobody ever notices them. Partially because I have to wear pants a size too big otherwise the seams tear.

It's a shame you can't go to the gym anymore. But at the very least you have developed your body a decent amount, and probably look better than the average guy.

You'll eventually get back in the gym so don't worry. In the meantime don't see your injury as a burden, see it as a blessing, here's how.

You are now in a situation where you have no choice but to develop your social skills and confidence. You can't rely on the gym anymore as you mentioned, and that's a good thing. You can come out of this with better social skills and confidence, if you have the mindset and courage to improve your weaknesses. Your future self will thank you I'm sure.

You can get an amazing body with bodyweight exercise. Yoga, swimming and calisthenics.
Women don't like "jacked" guys anyway. My boy Von is Jacked.
He's 5'8, 250 of solid muscle. If you watch wwe he's like ryback but black.

Chicks do not dig him. They say he's just too freakishly muscular.
So if women are your concern, this won't effect your results.

Wanted to make sure you paid attention to this.

Since I was 15 I've had cluster migraines. I don't know how bad yours are, mine are supposed to be the worst. I still workout and have a successful career.

The two pills I've suggested are harmless but are very effective for what you're describing.

For about $12 and 30 days it's worth trying.
