"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Can somebody recomend me a workout to trim up or watever u call it. I am already skinny but I am pretty soft and I got some baby fat around my face area. I don't want to gain anymore weight because if/when I do it seems to make my face look bloated. I just want a workout that can get my body fat down and make my features in my face show more. If u can tell me what to do or give me some help or advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Basic fat loss diet and training, nothing fancy; search the forums, the info is there.

If you naturally store a lot of fat in your face, you may find it just won't go away.

how old are you? baby fat is there for a reason. mother nature deemed that you need it in near future. Don't lose it when you will need it most.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Lift weights, three times a week. The released testosterone COULD help you.

The time my face was at it's most slim so-to-speak was back when I did competition swimming. Seems the carb burning did it for me. Not that I had puppy fat to begin with - I just noticed I had even less than I do now when looking back at old photos.

Best of luck!

A sidenote on swimming and burning fat. Google swimming and weightloss and you'll find that swimming does jack for losing fat, in fact it can have opposite effect. Stick to running and on-land cardio.

Interesting one NewDude.

All I can say is I'm a freak - cos it sure as hell did a lot for losing fat for me.

Probibly because it was a competitive swim team and we got a reasonable amount of sprint lengths

Anyway it's a PT you need to answer that question.
