From the tone of your post, it does seem that you might be getting a bit desperate! And if women smell desperation on you, they'll run for the hills or worse, take advantage of you and your time. I know you want sex (everyone does, heh), but I think the key here is to enjoy every part of the interaction - the sex will come as long as you continue to escalate and are detached from the result of the interaction (a trait I'm still trying to develop in myself).
