“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hi there. I'm a skinny runt. I weigh about 182 lbs. (am 6'5) Have currently bought the following:

-Whey Protein
-Creatine Monohydrate
-Glutamine

I've also bought multivitimin pills, atioxidant pills, and an omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acid.

I'm desperately trying to get into better shape but need a bit of a hand working out the daily amounts of each I should take. I'm looking to bulk up, and am "lifting heavy" three times a week.

Any help would be appreciated.

I couldn't find anything by Warboss Alex. (I looked but couldn't find any topics he started.)

Diesels post confuses me.

What measurement does he use for bodyweight? lbs?
I'm English so you'll have to forgive me - but what is a "scoop" in terms of measurement?

diesel's guide uses formulas in pounds... (lbs)

a scoop, is a scoop. it's a little plastic thing that comes with your jug of whey.. usually like 35 g's or so i believe is what it holds.

1) bodybuilding.com is C R A P with too many 14 year olds trolling. It's the weightlifting worlds version of ss.com. N00bs giving advice to n00bs.

2) I highly recommend that you check out www.wannabebig.com [looks like the site is down atm, check it later]. Read up on the articles there, check out the routines and FINALLY if you have any questions, ask them at the forum there. But make sure you've done some research beforehand as they are pretty quick to make fun of 'tards.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
