"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

So been on and off with this borderline women (stupid I know). Started off amazing, I truly got reeled in.

I'll admit it, I lost myself in her.

We've broke up a few times and got back together.

We've broke up again. I need to now stay the **** away from her.

I've been in decent relationships before, longest being nearly 10 years. Sure it hurt breaking up with her but it was a normal process.

My dance with a borderline is totally different to all the healthy relationships I've been in. I'm finding it a totally different kettle of fish.

Finding it very ****ing difficult.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

You probably will have to go completely no contact. That means blocking her on every means she has to contact you with no warning or explanation.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yes, plenty of resources on here to go “no contact”.
You already recognize the toxicity and your dependency with her.
Now you have to crack that addiction by going cold turkey.
Short term pain for long term gain.
Good luck!

While it is easy to say "move on" or "find another girl", the truth is your problem stems from self-control and self-discipline. Meaning it is beyond romantic relationships.

You need to start building internal boundaries, self-control, and self-discipline in other parts of your life. Start with your morning routine, most people lag and are all over the place during the first hour of their waking life. Create a solid routine and follow through.

I wake up, meditate, read, and make my bed as soon as I roll out. No questions asked, no whining, no second-guessing. I also stay away from social media for the first few hours of my day. It's simple yet effective as it translates into other parts of my life. I created a self-discipline/follow thru/self-control mindset.

Hope this helps.

I want to consentrate on coin and c u n t . As in focus on making money for a while and sleeping around a bit.

I'm not sure if other women would be helpful in breaking my addiction to her.

Blocked her on social media.. I'm finding the instant messenger we use really difficult.

I've deleted the conversation, but still have her number.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'm finding it difficult deleting it.
Get a cold one. Pour it in a frozen mug. Hover your finger over the delete button. You're not allowed to enjoy the beer until you eject. You're welcome..

That volume of women.... how do you keep count of all of them?

Wait wut?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
