I decided that I need to do NoFap, so I'm going to be recording it here.

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I remember going 2+ weeks of no fap and I had to sleep on my side or back or else I would have a wet dream.

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
I've been trying to reach 90 days of nofap, I kid you not It's been affecting my time and my studies terribly as well as the focus and motivations I have daily.
I took up nofap a year ago, but it hasn't been going well for me lately.
Since were all in this together, I think we'll pull through quite well.

I have been doing the Nofap challenge for a year now and my limit was about 6 weeks. Every time i fap I notice some serious changes on me and even around me, most of the time bad luck, exhausted for the first 2 days after faping, easily feeling awkward, lack of inspiration while discussing topics with other people and angry. After 3 days im normal again and as the time moves on im more calm,i think more clearly,my real self comes easily outside( im a really funny guy) and almost everything is moving as i want to. Actually i think its easy to not fap as long as you are controling your thoughts when you see a female and when you are busy with your work.
Some of you might ask ' then why dont you hold it longer ? ' The reason is that after 4-5 weeks i feel sexually neutral i mean i dont want to have sex or something like that ( except when i see my hot girlfriend with these tiny clothes lol ) so its like im doing a reset but i dont know about 90 days as the challenge suggests . Ill try to hold it and post the journey here after i reach the 90 days
