It's highly improbable, especially for a normal business traveler. In my opinion most normal/average businessmen simply lack the financial, physical, and social status required for banging a plethora of women.

I've been doing it a good 20 odd years throughout southeast Asia. And along my travels I do meet seasoned men such as myself, it's no mystery nor is it surprising. They are many men doing it, just because you don't know of one or experienced it yourself doesn't make it any less real.

A weekly stay in Manila, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok would land you a women among your social/business circles.
