“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Personally I think it is a waste of money. If you are looking into supplementing I would first make sure that you are.
1. Getting at least 0.8grams of protein per lb of bodyweight
2. Getting sufficient EFA's in your diet, ~3 grams per day
3. Eating sufficient calories in relation to your goals

After that is in order, I would have to say that the only two supplements I have found that are worth the money are Creatine, and ECA's.

I like Musclemilk. I'll usually have a shake before bed.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It is good beginner stuff... everything packed into one shake. Try a bucket and let me know what you think.

Musclemilk is good stuff, just too expensive compared to other protein powders on the market. Plus mine seemed to have a pretty hard time mixing in 2% milk.
