“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

It has been more than 3 days and still feel very sore after a workout. Is there any kind of "medicine" against it except rest?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

You'll get used to it. Soreness is a good sign, but if you're actually hurting you may have injured yourself, so be careful.

As well as what vanwilder says, some light cardio (e.g. a brisk walk) can help alleviate soreness.

if it's pure soreness (not pain), it's good. i'm not satisfied if the day after my workout i don't feel sore...
anyway, it's nothing to worry about... when i squat (even light weights) the soreness stays for about 5 days

Try active recovery:

Some very light cardio with very mild resistance. I prefer low-impact cardio for recovery; cycling or wading through water is great.

Basically you want to encourage blood flow to the sore area, but you have to do it in a way which doesn't strain the already-damaged muscles.

Keep it very gentle and consistant, enough to get the blood pumping around your body but not enough to stress an muscles.

50 rep range with light weight.

In the future use Scivation Xtend. Or another glut and bcaa blend.

Fish caps along with sesamax(sesathin) can aide with inflamation as well.

Update: it has been a week already and still I don't feel I can go to the gym and lift. Still sore..
I'll sure increase protein intake.

But do you guys really feel glutamine actually help recover from soreness? I don't douubt that it is helppful for muscle growth. But how about alleviating soreness - does anyone actualy feel it?

Since the soreness period seems too long for me, I started thinking that maybe I should not do any sets to failure? Would it help with faster recovery?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

If it's been a week then I'd be concerned. It's usually healed by 2 days.

How do you guys deal with always being sore? It's hard to even do some things quickly when your upper body is sore... I'ma bout to start playing golf and I'm wondering how I'll be able to swing when I can't really make smooth continuous motions.

It is odd, but it feels like soreness not injury. One week and still is not healed. Hm.

there is cold cream that you can apply on sore muscles. It release heat to muscle to speed up blood flow so lactic acid will be transport away from the area.
