okay, so I have this problem. so I'm with the girl, and we'll be making out, feeling each other up, it gets hot, i'll be hard as rock, but if something, even as short as 30 seconds, stops the action, for example quick important phone call or time to get the condom or turn off the stove or WHATEVER, and I get soft, even if we go at it again pretty quickly like 30 seconds later, if I go soft I can't get hard again

this can be embarassing, any suggestions?

Sometimes it could be as simple as disciplining yourself to stay in the moment, and to not let yourself worry about 'performance' (which leads to self-sabotage)...

Other times, it may be more complicated... like you're a fat slob who can't stay up because after 3 minutes of a hard-on, your body needs to distribute your gravy-like blood plasma elsewhere or else you get gout and start turning blue, thus you become a fat azz blue ball with blue balls.

Other than that, have you tried the Jelq method? Look up Jelq techniques, see if that helps. Penis exercises, yeaaaah baby!

You're young, so I'm going to assume it's mental. You might be stressing out. Make sure you feel comfortable with the girl, and realize that this kind of stuff happens to every guy.
