Okay, so lately i've just been waking in the mornings and going for walks. Progress is actually pretty slow and lately i've really been wanting to go for jogs and stuff so...

i was thinking i'd jog for about 45minutes after my weights workout 3x times a week. After the weights i'd eat a banana or something then jog. Then down a protein shake after the weights + jogging.

Also, i want to know the effects of swimming on the body, I've read that the jogging will probably help me heaps and not lose muscle as i'll be drinking protein and stuff afterwards + lose fat. But in regards to swimming... i don't know.

I'd like to do the swimming after my weights as well, same routine as the weights + jogging. As in weights then a quick snack, then the swimming. (around 30-40minutes of swimming?) Also i don't know how to do the butterfly and i'll probably make a fool of myself teaching myself how to do it the first few weeks. I can do a decent freestyle. Anyway i'd like some input in how effective this would be and the effects it'd have on my body.

Thanks. Oh btw i go to the gym around 5 times a week, major body part a day.

just an better lifestyle? hmm i just want to cut down to 10-12% body fat, get lots of definition and achieve something that looks nice for my body. Something like Brad Pitt from Troy would be nice. (hahahaha)
