“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

What are your best recommendations for mental fatigue. I get that kind of numb feeling sometimes or foggy feeling in my head.

I also get mentally tired quickly. I guess I'm a big ***** or burned out, or depressed?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I get that alot too, best thing I've done is some kind of activity/exercise outside in the sunlight. Get the blood flowing, and quit thinking so much.

30 minutes of sunlight daily if possible, cardio exercise and a diet rich in omega 3's along with getting plenty of sleep will likely reduce or eliminate this.

Learn to meditate and quiet the mind. If you're mentally fatigued you're probably wasting your energy on trying to control things you can't control. These are troubled times.

Cheers!

20 rep squats > Testosterone flow > counter-act the apparent estrogen takeover of your mind/body

Eastern Time Zone where it's always really late
But in all seriousness, it’s still a problem in 2019 for a lot of people.

Maybe consider the following:

1. Don’t try to multitask. Focus on one thing at a time. You’ll soon get into “the zone” on that particular task and not feel as foggy. Jumping around from one thing to another makes brain fog much worse.

2. Get adequate sleep.

3. Nofap/noporn for mental clarity

4. Cold (or at least lukewarm) showers to wake you up

Very good post. I have on occasion used a technique called the pomodoro method where i focus for 25 minutes before i take a small break

So which goal or pursuit have you recently been overwhelmed by or squashed by or haven’t been working on?

Your mind can trick a man into thinking he’s not good enough or “who am I kidding?” Voice that pops up in your head.

Or someone has been suppressing your ideas and goals. Snide comments etc

I work in a field in healthcare where most of my work is kind of dictated to me by the needs of patient care. However my department rewards project work as something of great value too. I struggle to work on projects given my more pressing short term clinical responsibilities.

There is alot of task switching in my job due to frequent interruptions and this no doubt is responsible for the mental fatigue
