I think the title said it all, have you made any progress with those stretches??
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I have actually lost .5cm :(
but now I am alot more flexible though
ex. I can touch bend down and use my palms to touch the floor

How are you hanging? I'm fully grown and 6'3" so it's nothing I want to try, but I'd suggest hanging upside down off your legs. If you are hanging from your arms, you could only make your arms longer, which wouldn't add any height. Hanging from your legs could conceivably add height, but you'd need to prevent blood from flowing to the head so you'd have to do like a crunch. Also, I think you'd get the best gains by adding some resistance so maybe do a crunch and put a weight on your chest??
