"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Great post man, just what i needed. Its so true about if your not in touch with your body its ALWAYS going to hold you back in other areas. I am proof of that, i am not where i wanna be body wise, but im working towards it.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Legendary post man. I also workout on a daily basis, but somedays I am simply too lazy to hit the gym or make myself a nutritious meal. I think that this is a wakeup call for me.

My favorite line in your post was, "Why would a beautiful woman want to hang around with some slob?" - this is exactly right. Beautiful women hit the gym DAILY, eat right, have great heigene, dress nicely and always take hours to get ready.

If women put this much effort into their bodies, why would they expect ANY LESS from a guy?

Great thread. Have you given any thought to purchasing FitDay PC, or using the free version they have on their website @ www.fitday.com? It's just about the only software I've ever purchased - but it's been the best thing I've spent my money on in a very long time.

Diablo,
I currently subscribe to the free Fitday.

What improvements are in the pay version that are not in the free version?

The only difference I could see is that you can access it on your own computer if you don't have an internet connection (which doesn't apply to me ... I always have an internet connection).

Thanks for the reply.

To the thread starter, I commend you on your goals. Sticking to them will be the challenge. Good luck.

Great post!!

Working out improves your looks, attitude, relaxes you, and makes you more confident and gives you that boost to go after what you want.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
