"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Basically He is saying marriage is what makes you happy

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

A note to add.
This man says
1) Faith
2) Family
3) Friends
4) Work

is what makes a human being happy.

I think you could have 1, but if you're born with a toxic family, you could not have 2, and you've to build it yourself...
So you're starting off with an handicap.
Then, friends, you can chose them, and work too.

The real thing is that you really need the 1and3 to be your 2, when your 2 exist and it's so toxic.

One very important thing, is that He mention that a married man is really happier, than others.
I could believe that, because for any man who was married, and gone trought the thing, he knows how it felt.
He was in the bluepill, in that sort of feeling that if lasted a lifetime, would really made him so happy.
But since he now had a brealup, and experience on that, the man now value more being "alone" that trying again.

I do think there is trutht on saying that marriage can bring happines, because it makes the man "love" everyday, no matter what.
Men need challenges and a marriage is one of them.

That's probably not the right way to think about it.

Nobody really "finds" a woman like that.

It just happens naturally so long as:

- You've got a genuinely decent personality
- You've got genuine social intelligence
- You come from a decent background with a decent upbringing
- You've got a strong social group
- You've got decent morals and a sense of ambition
- You meet people mostly through your long built social circle
- You and your future spouse share a lot of similar goals and ambitions

Most people were like this in the past.

Not a lot of people are like this today.

Hence the destruction of healthy relationships.

You can make up for lacking any of the above with "game."
