Maintaining Frame with Ex

Tips on how to maintain frame ?
Ex girlfriend I dumped came around gain and I already banged her 2 weeks ago.
She is coming over this weekend again and will most likely stay the night since she lives about 2 hours away.
So far , I've been limiting texting and getting straight to the point.
She hasn't brought up any relationship talks and I'm definitely NOT interested in that right now.
Just plating 2 girls and now her at the moment. But my main concern is falling back to AFC mode because I already have a long history with her (6 years ).

Any tips ?
