Tips on how to maintain frame ?
Ex girlfriend I dumped came around gain and I already banged her 2 weeks ago.
She is coming over this weekend again and will most likely stay the night since she lives about 2 hours away.
So far , I've been limiting texting and getting straight to the point.
She hasn't brought up any relationship talks and I'm definitely NOT interested in that right now.
Just plating 2 girls and now her at the moment. But my main concern is falling back to AFC mode because I already have a long history with her (6 years ).

Any tips ?

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

She doesnt want a relationship but you do, if you say such stuff as "she hasnt brought relationship talk". And you still have feelings for her. Yes Imma natural cop-shrink dont worry.

you are playing with fire, the only way to pull this is sleep\flirt with as many girls as possible after you sleep with her but meh... you still love her and she was prolly the one who ended it, so she holds the stronger hand. There's no winning frame here

You have no frame...that's why she is an ex.

You want her back apparently, she just wants some sex til she finds another pole to ride regularly.

Stop wasting time on her and use it to find other women.
