“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

djslvt, the problem with dropping a large amount of calories so suddenly is that you will cause your body to go in shock (in a way)

fat in nature is a GOOD thing, it's a survival mechanism for when you starve or are low on food, in other words LOW ON CALORIES.

what this means is, if you suddenly cut out a bunch of calories your body will go into calorie saving mode, which means it will start burning muscles that you dont need (since muscles take mroe calories to maintain that fat anyway), your metabolism slows down (your body will use less calories, so you'll be more tired, so thhat extra calories can go into fat to store). And since your body thinks you may be in danger, it might actually burn fat SLOWER than if you had gradually reduced in hopes that you will live longer.

same goes for when you get off your diet, don't just suddenly add a shvtload of calories back in, add it back slowly, 100-200 cals per week isg ood

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

djslvt, the reason that you dont drop a large amount of calories is because you may shock your body into survival mode, where you will lower your metabolism etc.

Again, great advice. I think there should be a sticky to this effect because it's one of the most commonly misunderstood facts about losing weight and one of the most common reasons most people fail.

Hence why I'm echoing this post.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
