Anyone have a 6 week home routine they can share that will deliver a 1/2 to 1 inch gain in mass everywhere? I'm 32, 170 pounds, 5'11", on/off weightlifting, ectomorph with a standard bench with leg curl and barbells plus dumbells.

If you added the same amount of mass everywhere then your body would grow out of proportion. It's much easier to add an inch to the thigh than an inch to the upper arm. It's also too short a timeframe to add muscle especially as you're an ectomorph.
