I wonder about that too. There was an awesome PUA over at ASF awhile ago who was bisexual.backbreaker said:better question.. how many gay people do you think we have HERE?
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
Most gay guys I know say that they knew they were gay from about 13-15.Michele said:first off your 16... hes your little brother. he must be much younger than you im guessing... which makes him either middle school or elementary... he has no idea what hes talking about... and it's probably some "hip"-scene to be gay or something.
kinda like how the emo scene was thought to be high school... but if you walked around the mall you'd see 10 year olds wearing emo ****.
kids these days.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Actually, that's exactly when he would know.AlexTheGreat said:Does your bro watch TV shows with a gay theme (like Will and Grace or something)? If he's 13, then he can't know he's gay cuz he just hit puberty, and he either wants to or has been mentally programmed into wanting to.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
LOL! I take it you read that Yahoo article. Funny thing is they re-edited afterwards because I tried to show that to someone, and it was funny.Ricky said:Apparently in Iran they don't have any LOL!

Anyway, Ahmadinejad is lying and just joking around with America. I was in Iran last month, and they have homos there too. They hold hands in public and crap, just like in San Francisco. Actually, in Iran there are a lot of other things that most (American) people wouldn't believe. But hey that's a whole different topic.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
That's an interesting perspective; I didn't think of it that way, but it actually makes sense.AlexTheGreat said:Ahmadinejad was actually being serious when he said they don't have homos in Iran. That is, they don't have PUBLIC homosexuals. In Islam, homosexuality is a crime and if I recall correctly my friend told me it's punishable by death. That's why people are a lot more open in public there: because the fear of homosexuality doesn't exist, since it's against the law. Guys can kiss (peck, not make out) and hold hands there and it won't be considered gay.
It has nothing to do with nature!! Humans decide o do perverted things! By your logic hen it is ok to have sex with 4 year olds since hey can't give birth and thus good for population control! Huh?Stormbringer said:I honestly believe that homosexuality is one of nature's methods of population control.
Of course you judge people -quit being a hypocrite!!Stormbringer said:As long as the person's doing what they want to do, and as long as they're hurting nobody, it's fine with me. We're nobody to judge.
