"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Recently a question popped into my head....

The last few girls I've dated and had sex with. (In the light) Told me they never had sex in the light before. They said they always did it in a dark room, under the sheets, or bathroom with the lights off and ect.

So do woman differ whether they prefer a dark or light place when having sex? Or maybe a insecurity issue with their body so they like the dark?

Curious to hear what you guys think or had a similar situation.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

This one.

I'm a very visual man, so I prefer a reasonable well lit room or daylight. Pitch dark, under the sheets is not much of a turn on for me. Hence, I go for women who are at ease with their bodies.

What percentage of women do you guess like the lights off? If it's a good portion, then I don't think I'm going to have as much trouble with sex as I thought. I mean anybody can have sex in a dark room. What's there to be nervous about when you can barely see anything?

I'm a visual man myself. I prefer the lights on but in the dark im fine with too. But, like i was saying. The last few girls i've dated said they never have done it in the light before until with me. So is there a reason for this??

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

WTF? That sounds really strange.

ALL the girls I've dated have done it in light settings. What's fun about having sex in the dark? YOU CAN'T SEE ANYTHING~!!!

If I dated a girl who said to me, "No, turn the lights off," I'd go crazy!
