"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Time to get my **** together.
Things I want to accomplish:
1. Get active social life
2. Get active love life
3. Get healthy (eat right, and work out daily!)
4. Get a good part time job during school
5. Get good grades and graduate with honors this fall
6. Get money to finally buy a car and pay for social life

Ive been slowly making progress on these things this year but I feel like keeping a journal will help motivate me to work harder than before! Updates will come nightly!

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Try to set small, achievable goals that will lead to these. It will help keep you motivated. Start getting your 5-a-day, set the number of workouts you can realistically do next week and do it. Send out a certain number of job applications next week and increase it the week after.

If you try do too much at once, it may make it harder to succeed.

Goodluck!

I know how it is brother. My eating is totally f*cked because I've totally destroyed my natural hunger instinct through years of being precribed amphetamine(AKA Adderal AKA speed) when I was growing up so I usually go through 2/3rds of a day before my body will even signal to my brain that I should eat something.

Pros: I don't have much desire to eat junk food

Cons: Trying to eat anything most of the time feels like I'm trying to stuff additional food down my throat after having just consumed like five course feast.

Hang in there dude.
