“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Kettlebell video from the Olympia

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I could easily squat like that with no weight but I just need to know, how many lb. is that kettlebell?

I have a question too. How does flinging weight around like that translate functionally? There's no definite contraction and release. I understand it's cool Russian heritage, but really, wtf? I'm sure there are better alternatives.

I'm guessing the ones they use for the video are the 54 pounders. They don't look small enough to be 36 pounds or big enough to be 72 (or 88 for that matter) pounds. One guy at DragonDoor can do pistols with two 72 pounders at his shoulders.

Aside from entertaining the fans, flipping and catching the weight is great for grip strength and ballistic shock as well as hand/eye coordination. My coach does stuff like that (as well as more normal-looking stuff) with the 36 pound bell for high reps, and at age 57 he dropped his bodyfat percentage from 20-22 to 12 percent in a few months. Didn't really diet either, and over the summer he dropped even further down to 10%.

An old friend of mine can flip the 88 pound kettlebell around like that. That's strength for ya ...

I'll agree that hand and grip strength are the best kind to have, but there's got to be more. Do these same guys do squats or snatches or deadlift?

Yeah, Pavel's book/video Power to the People is about deadlifting and how to use it, and almost all of the guys there deadlift.. Not many do BB snatches but they all do KB snatches. Almost as many of them squat as deadlift.

one-handed snatches and lumberjack swings (between the legs, over the head) seem to be the only worthwhile motions with these things.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

They're certainly not the only worthwhile ones, but they probably are the best ones. One-handed snatches are usually all I do with my KB at home.

I do two-handed snatch and clean & jerk. That's about it.
And "that's about it" can kill me!

I never heard of lumberjack swing, got anything on it?

Other than that, kettlebell seems to own so far. When I first heard of it, I saw the weights. I thought 33 lb. was nothing, 60 lb. was nothing, then I went to the gym to test out 80 lb. I couldn't budge anything. -_- Quite a humiliation eh? The kid you saw trying to swing the 80 lb. was me. :D :) Lol.

What's the difference between swinging dumbbell and kettlebell?
It just seem to feel different but not much different.

How so? How is snatch not swinging? You pull your back up and throw as fast as you can your arms up with the kb as if you were pulling the lawn mowner.
