Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

You don't need the double time, it doesn't work like that. 10g fish oil is a good start but I would recommend you doubled the dose at some point.KarmaSutra said:5 1000mg caps in the morning and the same at night. And no, I am not joking about double time.

No man! I'll eat a couple of tablespoons twice a day or so. Jesus, who the fvck could eat a jar of peanut butter everyday? That's a fvcking brickmaker worse than morphine.Warboss Alex said:increase your fibre intake. aim for 2lbs of assorted (green) vegetables a day
keep tabs on your peanut butter intake. it's okay to eat but if you're eating a jar a day then umm.. forget about losing weight. lol
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I just bought 2 jars of real organic ground cinnamon so I'll give that a try too. I take cinnamon capsules every day with my pills but haven't really seen any significant gain.Bible_Belt said:This is a good thread. Good luck, Karmasutra.
fwiw, if you go to www.whfoods.com and type in 'insulin' in the search box, you will get a list of foods that have natural insulin-regulating properties. I have read about third-world diabetics too poor to afford insulin who have been able to regulate their blood sugar by eating a lot of cinammon.
