Just Friends?

after a relationship or dating or something with a girl goes awry, have you ever been put into the just being friends category and been okay with it?

'cause i do need some actually decent good new friends, and i think we could both help each other ..

i dont think she will help me meet any other chicks, she says it would be belittling and awkward to her or me if we tried to help each other on that ...

If she isn't going to introduce you to any of her friends then what is the point of talking to her?

perhaps someone i can talk to whose company i can enjoy? i think i want someone around while i'm studying, which is what we plan on doing.

however i just talked to her and she felt the need to ask me for sure i only wanted friendship, which did annoy me to a great degree
