I appreciate any input here. Or should I just comply to what the gym trainer will give me?
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Badass christmass tree! I'm procrastinating on a needed cut but hoping I'll have one of these when I'm done. Lats are feeling pretty swole now.Yeah if you give me a pic i can give you better advice

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Weighted pullups are the go.Badass christmass tree! I'm procrastinating on a needed cut but hoping I'll have one of these when I'm done. Lats are feeling pretty swole now.
Made that mistake in the past if bulking when i was already over 15% bodyfat and i got big (215+) but i was fat as **** and had fat bloated face etc.Basically I agree with infernos idea, get leaner first then go for the size.
When you will start pushing seriously your noobs gains (the boost you have as someone just beginning) will give you more tone and some size.
If you just get big now you will get more muscular but you will drag that high body fat and it will a pain in the ass to lose it without losing muscles too.
Anyway just remember to clean your diet, cut the alchool and the simple sugars and sleep 7-8 hours AT NIGHT, partying till 4 and then getting up at 12 is not the same thing.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
That's a strength program that sucks for asthetics, 8-12 reps for muscle growth is the best range5x5 stronglifts is a pretty good system for 3 days a week. If not enough, you can add in isolation work as well
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
